(eg, Music, Global) and use the RR form.
Winning judges are those that have
the best rating powerin that game.
(When someone rates your RR your
RP or rating power goes up or down.
We use this power to determin weighted rating, which means, the better your your judgement is, the more power you have to determine winners.)
Everyone, when they rate and review any entry is
an unofficial, or free, judge, influences the outcome of
the game as much as official judges.
However, official judges can win cash, prizes, honors and income in the judgement games themselves. Official judges also have access to members only areas, which is a wiki for developing in the career of a person who can monetize their opinion.
